Cancellation Policies


Flexible: Full refund* 1 day prior to the workshop
  • Full refund* (*minus 5% fees) if 24 hours (or more) notice is given before the workshop starts - or the option to use as Quirkshop credit towards another workshop on the Quirkshop website.
  • Your workshop booking is officially cancelled when you (the participant) send an email to: info@quirkshop.com.au with the following info:
  1. Your full name 
  2. Your booking number
  3. Your quirkshop details (The name of the workshop, time & date)
  4. Please give a short reason for cancelling
Moderate: Full refund* 7 days prior to the workshop
  • Full refund* (*minus 5% fees) if 7 days (or more) notice is given before the workshop starts - or the option to use as Quirkshop credit towards another workshop on the Quirkshop website.
  • Your workshop booking is officially cancelled when you (the participant) send an email to: info@quirkshop.com.au with the following info:
  1. Your full name 
  2. Your booking number
  3. Your quirkshop details (The name of the workshop, time & date)
  4. Please give a short reason for cancelling
Strict: 50% refund 7 days prior to the workshop​
  • 50% refund if 24 hours (or more) notice is given before the workshop starts - or the option to use 50% value as Quirkshop credit towards another workshop on the Quirkshop website.
  • Your workshop booking is officially cancelled when you (the participant) send an email to: info@quirkshop.com.au with the following info:
  1. Your full name 
  2. Your booking number
  3. Your quirkshop details (The name of the workshop, time & date)
  4. Please give a short reason for cancelling
